Yes. Any South African individual or business can register a .co.za domain. International businesses may also register .co.za domains. ZACR (ZA Central Registry) governs .co.za registrations.
When you complete checkout, we automatically register your domain with our accredited registrar partner. Your domain's DNS records are configured, and your email account is provisioned — all within minutes of payment confirmation.
We use PayFast, South Africa's leading payment gateway. Accepted methods include: Credit & Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), Instant EFT via Ozow, bank EFT, and Capitec Pay.
Yes. If your domain is already registered through us, additional mailboxes can be added without a new domain fee — you only pay for the mailbox plan. Team members can have their own @yourdomain.co.za addresses.
IMAP and POP3 are email protocols supported by every major email client including Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, and Gmail (via "Add account"). Your Business and Pro plans include full IMAP/POP3 access.
Prices on this page are shown excluding VAT. South African VAT (15%) is calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you pay. B2B customers may claim input VAT if they are VAT-registered.
If domain registration fails for any reason after payment, we will automatically refund your domain fee or retry registration — your email hosting plan will remain active regardless.
Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed (industry standard). Email hosting plans are refundable within 7 days if no emails have been sent. Contact support@zamail.co.za.
